Benromach, which means “rugged mountain” in Gaelic, comes from the Speyside region and was first opened in 1900. The single malt is matured for 80% on bourbon barrels and for 20% on sherry hogsheads. After the marriage, the whiskey matures for another year in first fill Oloroso sherry casks.

Their 514 cm high boilers are the highest in Scotland and provide a cleaner product. The barrels are made in America, lent for 4 years to the bourbon distilleries Heaven Hill and Maker's Mark and then used for another 30 years for Glenmorangie Single malts.

Longrow was a distillery in Campbeltown. When they built a new distillery next to the Springbank distillery in 1824, it proved insufficient and they had to close again in 1896. The name is still used and is held by the group that owns the Springbank distillery. So whisky is bottled under a name that no longer exists. It is a smoky whisky aged in bourbon, sherry, rum, Madeira, and refill casks.

Chateau Montifaud's VSOP is one of the best-selling cognacs in the Netherlands. This one is eight years old (harvest 2008, bottled in 2017). The VSOP is aged for at least eight months in new wooden barrels and is then transferred to older barrels. The fresh and fruity notes make this cognac easy and accessible. In addition, also caramel, apple and vanilla. The round finish is medium long.

This XO Royal is a blend of Giboin's oldest cognacs. Eaux-de-vie from three generations of the family are used in this cognac, of which Giboin himself says that this XO is one of the very best cognacs from the Borderies.
